NaviSourcing started with a simple frustration: too many orders fail for avoidable reasons—unclear specs, late checks, inconsistent packaging, and “surprises” discovered only at shipment time.
We’re a small team of sourcing operators and QC coordinators working close to factories, warehouses, and shipping timelines.
Instead of selling “a network,” we build a repeatable process buyers can understand: benchmark first, check early, document everything, ship ready.
For multi-SKU buyers, we focus on what actually breaks orders: consolidation accuracy, labeling mistakes, and last-minute delays.
